Mas des deux Puits

The house includes:

- a very spacious living and dining room with a fireplace,

- a fully equipped kitchen with pantry

- 5 air conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 also with bathtubs and bidet, a powder room and another full bathroom. There are 2 king-sized, 1 queen-sized, a double and two twin beds.  

Two of the bedrooms are upstairs including the master bedroom which has a private terrace. Of the three bedrooms on the ground floor, two have a separate entrance.

- a large patio with cooking facilities 

- a large shaded terrace facing the Alpilles Mountains

-large covered outdoor dining terrace with BBQ and a beautiful view of the Alpilles.

The house is equipped with:

-42 inch LCD screen

-international satellite television

-high-speed internet access with WiFi

-multi-zone DVD player

-all phone calls to America and Canada, calls (except to cell phones) to western europe, other countries inquire

-High chair, 2 cots and playpen

-after departure maid service, and end of week for multi week stays

The pool is 40 X 20, has an electric cover, can (for a fee) be heated, is equipped with stairs and a solar shower. A fence for the children's safety surrounds the pool.

The house has an indoor garage with a remote control and there are two covered parking spaces separate from the garage.

The fenced property is reached through an Iron Gate equipped with a remote.
